Shipping

All website orders will be fully insured and delivered right to your door within the U.S.A. unless otherwise noted. 

Cool Custom Art, LLC is not liable for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Couriers and Shipping Companies are 3rd party companies. Any grievances should be filed directly with the courier/shipping co. at fault. Insurance is purchased to cover any/all items in the event of an accident. Please contact me if you receive your items lost or damaged and I will assist you in the recovery process. 

International shipping may be available upon request. 

Terms of Service 

*All sales are final.

*Lead times are approximate. 

*Deposits are non-refundable. 

*Products do not leave the shop until balance is paid in full. 

*Finishes on outdoor pieces will delay the effects of sunlight and water damage but will not prevent the effects completely. Outdoor furniture requires regular maintenance as the finish will fail overtime and may develop cracks, cups, warps, etc. Epoxy Resin Furniture may reside on a covered porch but should never be left uncovered in direct sun over 85-degree weather.

*Indoor/outdoor pieces require regular maintenance. Failure to maintain your product(s) with the recommendations that you receive with your custom art piece will result in premature wear and tear and possible ring, wine, and water stains.

*Rush orders are subject to a 20% surcharge.

*Commissioned Pieces:

1. You tell us what you want… 2D/3D, type (canvas wall art/table/Décor/etc.…), shape, size and colors and we will design it for you. 

2.We will select the best possible material(s) for each job. Please keep in mind that; Colors vary. Colors/tones/grain patterns will vary from one project to the next. There is no guarantee as to the exact color/tone/grain/design of the finished product. It is not easy to control Epoxy Resin, it flows as it pleases. That is the beauty of it. We do the best that we can. To date, all our clients have loved their custom designed commissioned art pieces.

3. If you commission us to design a custom piece using NONE of your own personal materials, there is typically NO obligation to purchase it on completion unless otherwise discussed and agreed to. We will sell it to someone else and try again if you like. There will be $0 cost to you. *NOTE: This paragraph applies only to pieces made from materials OTHER than Solid Wood Slabs (See paragraph #5 for solid wood design specifications).

4. If you commission us to create a custom design on something that belongs to you (e.g., your furniture). You must deliver the piece to us. There will be a 50% deposit and the balance will be due on completion. You tell us what you want, and we will design it for you to the best of our ability. It is your responsibility to give us a complete visual of what you want, but there are NO guarantees that we will produce exactly what you envision. It is not easy to control Epoxy Resin. We do the best that we can. To date, all our clients have loved their custom designed commissioned art pieces. However, if for any reason you do not like the design, you agree that you remain under contract to pay the balance on completion and to accept the custom work as is. The only other options will be:

a) To forfeit your deposit and surrender the piece to CCA’s inventory. 

B) To pay a re-design fee and we will try again. Redesign fees vary per project but tend to be less than the original amount unless your re-design request requires additional materials.

5. Commissioned Pieces that are to be made from Solid Wood Slabs, require a 70% deposit and the balance due on Completion. Live edge wood reacts to environmental factors. Heat makes them expand, cold makes them contract, direct sun makes them cup/warp and water make them swell. Due to the nature of solid wood products, no piece is guaranteed against cracking, warping, splitting, moving, etc. Premium kiln dried materials are used to prevent such issues, but it is impossible to guarantee. Such flaws are deemed “character” and add to the overall beauty of the natural product(s). Keep your pieces away from sources of direct heat/cold/sun light (fireplaces, heating ducts, south facing windows, etc.). Please allow approximately +/- 3” in width variation when ordering pieces made of live edge wood. Remember, trees do not grow into perfect dining tables! We will select a slab(s) that best suit your needs. We do the best that we can. To date, all our clients have loved their custom designed commissioned art pieces. However, if for any reason you do not like the design, you agree that you remain under contract to pay the balance on completion and accept the custom work as is. The only other option will be to forfeit your deposit and surrender the piece to CCA’s inventory. There is no option for re-design on these pieces.
